PAYMENT

Payment is due either prior to or at your appointment. For courses/workshops, we only accept bookings with prior payment ...

POLICY

We understand there can be unforeseen circumstances, but we do request 24 hours notice for cancellations. This in turn, is respectful to other clients who are having to wait for availability and we, as a business, cannot book anyone into the cancelled time at short notice.

  • Cancellations received more than 24 hours in advance are cancelled without charge.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of booked service charged.

  • Failure to show: 100% of booked service charged.

We request all appointments booked leave full contact details, so we can send confirmation of your appointment the day before.

​

When a treatment has been booked and paid for, we will reschedule to the earliest appointment time convenient to you and your therapist.

 

We do not give refunds as this is costly and time consuming.
